I've never previously smoked anything until just recently
I smoked for 1 day with high nicotine (greater effect on brain) with a MAOI (helps nicotine cross the blood brain barrier), so I may not be addicted but I am concerned about withdrawal symptoms.
Nicotine withdrawal causes downregulation of the production of dopamine and other stimulatory neurotransmitters as the brain attempts to compensate for artificial stimulation.
This means Nicotine exposure ......s the growth of the dopamine system by making the brain attempt to compensate for the artificial stimulation and withdrawal can lead to years of depression from stunted production of dopamine. I don't wanna go through that.
