Just wondering - I submitted a ticket through the V4L website this morning and haven't heard anything back... Came home tonight and opened my latest order from them and was sent the wrong juice, but I don't want to submit another ticket if they don't respond via their ticketing system...

Anybody know the best way to reach customer service?

Thanks!

Keelalagirl55, thanks, nice to hear the cheer :)

Clover, I thought the same thing when I wrote it, but figured I would be alone in that association! lol

Here's a funny thing: my husband had/has no desire to quit smoking, but he hasn't had a regular cigarette in a week - I bought him his own V4L PT, and keep handing him cartos to try, for some reason he hasn't remembered to light up all week. (Thus the reason I had to contact customer service about the battery that isn't working - seems like I have to share now!)

Krash....that is so awesome!!! If only I could convince my mom.....she can't seem to get by the initial cough with the first few hits......had me and my brother laughing our hineys off last weekend!!! And my hubby is a lightweight and likes the cart/atty setup, so he inherited my 510 and 905.....he has no desire to snag my pv.......it's just too much for him:)

"So don't delay, act now, supplies are running out ...Allow, if you're still alive, six to eight years to arrive..."
... lol sorry random smash mouth lyrics came to my mind when i read the question..but obviously it didn't take quite that long :)

I did hear from customer support today, and was pointed to the battery post video (which I found after I posted last night). Wanted to wait to try it until V4L told me to do it, don't want any issues with returning it if necessary... I already have a battery that works, but that I'll never be able to return it since the hubby melted the LED when he forgot it wasn't a cigarette and tried to light it! lol

24 hours response time = ok, submitted another question and heard back within a half hour. I'd say that on the average that's pretty good. :)

And thanks for the welcomes Dawn and WWTK!
