@DaveP - If you like those 60mL LDPE bottles...for only $9 more than those 25 cost on Amazon...you can get 100 of them from DropperBottles.com. They also have a bunch of others sizes, too. Brad, the owner, will also split a bag of 100 into several different sized bottles, too. You just need to pay the price for 100 of the largest ones you buy, but put a note at Checkout that says how many of each size you'd like. For example: (60) 60mL + (40) 30mL...and he'll do it for you. He's a really nice guy who runs the business himself, and is quick to answer the phone and answer any questions you may have, too. His bottles are also very good quality ones. I've not had the first problem with any of them!

Plastic E-Liquid (Child Resistant Only)

Thanks for the info. I'll check out the www.Dropperbottles.com site and take a look at what he has.

I use the 60ml LDPE bottles because they have the narrow 1mm tip for filling a Kayfun. I really like DIYing into glass bottles (or anything clear that lets me view the true color of the liquid as it steeps), but once it's steeped I need something with a thin tip for filling tanks. For testing during steeping I use a syringe to transfer liquid from the 60ml glass bottles to my Kayfun.

Is there such a thing as a safe, clear plastic bottle that comes with a thin tip that fits the 1mm opening on a Kayfun? HDPE is usually a harder bottle that requires lots more pressure to dispense. I'll probably stick to my LDPE bottles unless someone knows about clear bottles that work for filling tanks.

First, you're welcome for the info. on, and link to, DropperBottles.com.

I don't know of any such bottle, because if it is "clear", it's not LDPE, HDPE, nor PP...which are the safe ones. "Clear" indicates either PET or PETE, and I won't use either of those types of plastics for DIY liquids at all. If/when flavorings come in them from some vendors, I transfer them to glass containers.

For refilling the little KFL shorty...I use a 15-50mL LDPE bottle. I just put one of those plastic screw-on caps that have a shorty blunt needle tip on top of it and the little plastic tip that's connected to it. They normally come on little 5mL-15mL bottles.

The metal needle tip bottles the you referenced are the easiest way to fill a Kayfun, IMO. Next to that is the thin plastic tip LDPE bottle.

I like seeing liquid through glass when it's steeping. It's easier to judge clarity and tint. Once it's ready I transfer it to an LDPE bottle with the thin tip. I'm just not crazy about the translucent, cloudy looking plastic.

Yep, I totally agree with you. They're my favorites, too.

Most recipes I make are shake & vape, except 3 with Van. Custard, that I let sit for a week. So I just make mine in the LDPE bottles where it stays. I can see though, how those would make it difficult to tell clarity and tint, for those who steep most of their eliquids. I'd just keep using glass, too, like you are now.

I just received my first order from One Stop DIY Shop. I ordered mostly fruit and candy flavors with a couple of tobaccos. Their selection was good and I found lots to choose from. Shipping was fast and I got my order in about 3 days.

I'm glad you had a good experience ordering from them, too. It amazes me that just 4 family members do everything at OSDIY. Yet they have a large number of products to deal with, provide great customer service, and have fast shipping.

By the way, Kimberly told me Monday night that they're having a Valentine's Day contest on the ECF. Said be sure to check her posts on the Forum Suppliers Boards, and enter it. Gift certificates will be the prize(s)!

I finally got my Hangsen stash into glass bottles and going to put them into the freezer, been putting it off for months. I may have a cooler basement to store them but I don't trust the plastic jugs. I'm expecting some of these to last years after their due date. I didn't realize how much concentrate I had till I had to start counting to buy bottles to store them. Not including the open 50's that I'm using.
250ml HS Desert Ship
150ml HS Highway
250ml RTS TA
100ml HS No5
100mls Sig Cotton Candy
plus several other non tobac flavors
A little time, patience and a dull box knife blade I was able to peel the HS labels off with their glue and stuck them onto the glass bottles

I did buy some of those metal needle bottles and they did work at filling my kayfuns but they are slow as ever. Got a little ansy and squeezing the bottle too much filling then popped the needle top off and dumped a pile of juice all over. That was the end of using those metal needle bottles, syringe with a thin needle was what I used or you cause a airlock and again have juice draining down the side of the kayfun.

Not only did they get it right and ship it fast, they included a separate ziplock bag containing Nitril rubber gloves, a snack sized Twix bar, a tiny box of candy hearts, and two sample bottles of Lorann's flavorings!

I vape Kayfun Lite V2 and the 3.1. V2's are easier to fill with the bottom hole. I vape 70% PG juices, so it's easy to use the needle tip bottles or the 1mm plastic tip bottles. I also use a 14ga blunt needle to fill the Kayfun for testing juices I have in 60ml glass bottles that are steeping.

Some vapers top fill the Kayfun by holding a finger over the airhole and removing the top part that the drip tip slides into. That's a good method for high VG juices.

That's the sort of "goodies" you'll get with every order you place, except for the flavorings. Got my order yesterday and got 2 little Lorann flavorings, too. Was a "first" for sample flavorings in a goodie bag for me. Did you also get 2 pipettes and a business card they also usually include?

I got the exact same things. Such a nice touch!
