How long should I give it?

Being new to vaping I have ordered and tried a lot of flavors ,most I actually liked a few I was iffy on but I used them on up but 1 I hated when I received it. It’s a 100% vg blend that I ordered from velvet cloud vapor (white beard to be exact), it tasted like perfume to me. I know a lot of times they need to steep so it’s been sitting on its shelf steeping for about 2 weeks and while it has gotten better I still don’t like it and for some reason it still tastes like perfume to me so my question is if I let it go longer will the taste keep changing with the possibility that I may end up liking it or should I just pass it to someone that does like and call it a waste. I really don’t want to get rid of it if it’s going to get better but I also don’t want it collecting dust on my shelf when I know someone out there will enjoy it.

This is the first juice I tried that I simply cannot stomach! And from my so far favorite vendor at that L

Perfumy taste can be fixed by taking the cap and dripper top off and leave it out for a day

Your taste buds are still healing up so I would just hang on to it for a bit. In awhile you may find some of your favorites don't suit so well anymore. I would say after 3 months things should be back to normal. Good luck.

take both caps off the bottle, let it set for 2 days and try it again

Hi - Unfortunately, there's no answer to that. I've given away juice I didn't like, yet one I threw in the back of a drawer thinking no one would ever like it turned out yummy 4 months later.

I've had a few juices I didn't like too. Same problem, they had a "perfumey" kind of taste. I did take the tops of the bottles and they are seeping (or whatever you call it) right now. I'm not optimistic that it will work however!

Just give it some time. Remember cap off for a few days, makes a big difference.

Lol I can be slightly more optimistic since the last 2 weeks cap on has shown some improvement just not enough to be able to stomach it and since I love all their other flavors I know they didn’t put anything funky in there.

Great suggestion to leave the cap(s) off...and also to be gentle with oneself as the taste buds, etc get back to 'normal'!! HA!

let me know where you end up with this one. I vaped a ton of this exact flavor and loved it. About 5-7 days of sitting around got it to a nice melded sweet flavor. I also did the shake it vigorously every day / sit it on top of my router for awhile tricks. I do think the last batch I ordered (probably same time as yours) tastes different than the first, waiting to see if the taste changes.

I found some brown sugar flavored liquid at MBV and loved it right off so if I try something I don't really care for, I just mix in some brown sugar and use it any way. It may not be the best but so far everything I've tried tastes better than my Pall Malls did.

Taking off the lid worked.... left it off for 2 days just to be sure than put the lid on and threw it on the shelf until I felt brave and while it still not my all time favorite at least that horrid taste is gone

Also put the lid back on and shake it periodically then open it again. Sometimes certain things don't mix well or take longer to mix and any outside agitation helps them along. Heat also helps, but you want it hot not boiling, boiling will ruin it sometimes.
