I was wondering if others have found the longer they vape the less they crave nic. I never wanted to give up nic so haven't tried to drastically reduce it, BUT I find I am just not craving nic much anymore. Sometimes I crave zero nic :) LOL I mostly vape 6 nic, and I am at the point I only care about flavor now. Anyone else notice that? bnrk

I was a well over 2 packs a day of ultra light 120s for over 30 years. I started vaping Dec 2011 and took to it right away. I didn't have any ciggs after that. I actually don't remember upping my nicotine levels. I pretty much started at 6 and stayed there. What might have helped is that I took a bad tumble and fell right about the time I started vaping. I was hurting from the fall so maybe the nicotine withdrawals were masked.

I started at 16 or so and within a few weeks went to 8 then 6 right after. Used 6 for two years and been at 0mg for one year now. I find that now I can enjoy some of the more expensive vendors because I don't NEED to consume nic. So I have been buying samplers of 0nic. My next purchase is going to ahlusion I think.

Sounds like alot of vapers have experienced the same thing with going to low nic levels. What I find interesting is how nic is supposed to be so addicting, but if it is, why are we not craving it so badly. I have one of my fav juices at 12 nic because I liked one stronger vape but now I can hardly take it at 12, I may need to offer it on classies :) Interesting! bnrk

I was a 1-1.5 pack/day smoker for 20 years. Started off with 18-24mg nic, and within 3 weeks was down to 6-12mg. Nowadays, I actually use nic content more like a juice booster. It has A LOT to do with throat hit and the sting for my palette.

So, I have liquids ranging from 0 to 18mg (sometimes in the same flavor), and tend to just chose what mood dictates. Sometimes nicotine adds a peppery taste, sometimes some spiciness, all depends on what vendor is choosing and quality of the ingredient. But it definitely brings variety to the same flavor, sometimes making it way better!!

The actual physical dependance on nic level for me is negligible. In the mornings I tend to do 0mg, and 6mg throughout the day. When I'm craving a sting or have a particular juice that works really well with higher mg, i just go for it.
