I personally smoked 10 a day for 5 years, and vape at 18mg, 5ML a day, I enjoy vaping as a hobby (And getting my nicotine fix) and don't plan on quitting anytime soon!

I would normally smoke about a pack a day, sometimes a little less depending on the day but now im about 3-6 mls of 18mg juice depending on the day as well.

20 a day for 45 years as a minimum.... I'd say for about 10 to 15 of those years it was more like 40. I smoked mild cigrarettes so I started on 12mg.... within a week I was down to 6mg. Now I vary between 3 to 6 generally. How much nicotine you need might also depend on what equipment you use.

I smoked 2+ packs a day. I now use about 15ml of 4mg DIY juice a day. Started at 18mg but am working my way down.

Started around a pack a day at the beginning. After 5 years, I was a pack and half to 2 packs. Once I hit the bars on weekends, I could go through a couple packs a night or at a sports game.

the next 15-25 years was around a pack a day maybe more on weekends. A year before switching to vaping. I was down to 5 packs a week. I was trying to quit smoking.

I vape around 7 mg liquid. I would love to quit altogether and it is in the plans.

I switched overnight, so the day before was about 25. Took me a long time to get my taste buds back. They seemed..okay, but, 8-9 months later, I suddenly realized that the complex, multi-flavor juices, I could detect subtleties. I just took longer than I expected.

Used to roll my own and went through about 4oz/100g a week, not sure about the cigs/day. I using 6mg e-liquid at the moment and going through 10-15ml a day depending on what I'm using. Haven't thought about quitting vaping yet, enjoying it to much and chuffed at being off the cigs

On a normal work day I smoked 40 cigarettes. Anyway I worked it I was opening a new pack at exactly the same times everyday.

On a day off figger 60.

Hard to say how much I vape as I have many tanks floating around. 7-8 is as good a guess as any of 12mg.

I'm down to 12mg and been therefor awhile and plan to stay there. I'm in it for the nicotine. I can sugar coat it anyway you want but I'm a nic junkie and likely always will be. I have gone without it before, couple years once, but I always return to it sooner or later.

Future plans for vaping?? I'm not really sure. I enjoy the hobby parts of it alot. And I enjoy the nic part. I have ZERO plans to reduce my nic unless its a quick step down to full quitting. Zero or low nic doesn't interest me in the slightest.

I'm a one day at a time guy. So I don't really have any long term plans.

Smoked about a pack a day for the past 27 years. Have been smoke free for the past 8 months thanks to vaping. Started at 12mg and now vape about 6-8ml at 4mg a day. I've slowly been reducing my nicotine intake but taking it slow and no cravings at all so far. Eventually I'll be at 0mg but I'm no hurry. I love vaping too much lol.

Smoked a pack a day for 15 years. Towards the end, my pack would run out before the day was over, so I was a little over a pack a day.

I've been vaping for 3 years, and I go through about 3-4mls per day, mostly 12mg or 6mg. I don't think I'll vape forever, but I have no immediate plans to quit, as I quite enjoy it.

3 cans of Copenhagen a day. About 40 cigarettes a day. I rolled my own cigarettes and I would often always have a dip in my mouth and smoke when outside. When I rolled mine, I would roll 40 at a time and by the time I went to bed they were all gone. Some I gave to people, but it wasn't often.

I vape 15-20ml or so a day. 3mg of flavored juice. 4mg of unflavored juice.

Cigs - average 7 or 8 cigs a days. Sometimes 0, sometimes in the high teens..

Liquid - not more than 3 mg, at least 1.5 or so, The nic content is somewhere between 21 and 24, as I've started to mix a new juice (24) with what I have left. (21)

I don't plan on quitting vaping, and I do plan on never smoking a cigarette again.

Now I vape around 6 to 8 ml of a combination of 6 mg to 18 mg juice, and I plan to continue vaping forever unless for some reason it becomes impossible.

40+ years smoking Marlboro reds, the first 20+ anywhere from 2 to 4 PAD depending, the last 20 years at 1 or less PAD. The "+" is there because it has been so long ago, and I can't even remember what I had for breakfast, that I am not sure when I actually started. I do remember in third grade.........anyway.

I am coming up on my 1 year vapaversary and started with 18mg nic. Since going to sub tanks, that has dropped to a solid 6mg for the past 5 months or so. I also use multiple tanks, so is kinda hard to tell just how much juice I go through daily, but would guess around 6-8 ml.

Plans? He!!, I don't even buy green bananas. Very happy just to have gotten where I am now.
