How many drags at one time??

I was just wondering how many drags everyone takes before you put you e-cig down?? I usually take 6 or 7 good ones before i put it away for next time. I just dont really know the side effects of these things so i dont want to over-do it. Thanks for the info,

vaping 13 weeks and if I'm busy 1 or 2 ...........if I'm bored, I don't set it down at all. You'll feel it if you overdo it and then u will put it down whether you want to or not.

i agree. use it whenever you feel the the need to smoke and your body will tell you when to put it down

I agree with happily. It depends on the juice and the amount of nic. For me: Low nic = chain vaping. Medium to high nic = I feel when its time to put it down.

I'm constantly topping my carts to get a fresh hit. I usually do about 8-10 mild drags, exhaling through my nose. Also, when the atty gets hot, I slow down a bit.

I actually haven't found a rhythm yet. At work when I sneak into the back room to take a few drags, it's usually about 4 or 5 heavy ones. At home, after my daughter goes to bed, it's usually in my hands until I go to bed (I won't do it in front of her because it looks too much like smoking, and I don't want that for her), getting hit every 30 seconds to a minute. I find that keeping two fresh ones by me is a good idea; otherwise I think that pattern would burn out a single one pretty quickly.

I can tell you that I can't wait for my 510 pass-through to arrive...
