How many ML/day should I plan for??

Welcome to ECF Ralikar, depends on your habit. some do about 1-2ml, the average for a heavy smoker is probably close to 3ml a day. I was heavy, a pack a day and I don't go through 3, probably 1 1/2ml on a reo mini juice fed mod. You will know after a while, it is differnent for everyone.
Some cartos hold a 1/2 others can hold almost a ml, just fill it and see how it goes.
I started out using 3 - KR808-D1 a day.Switched to tank set up now and use 3-4ml a day.
I was a pack a day smoker and I go through about 2-3 mega tanks a day, that's about 4-6 ml a day. Course I fell in love with FSUSA's razbull and I just can't put the darn thing down.

Why aren't you adding juice to the cartos? I can get over a week's use out of one carto using thin (20% or less VG) light color juices. You can't vape them dry or you may singe the stuffing. I keep the carto damp. This is safest if you have manual batteries. You can get black or steel manual standard KR808D-1 batteries at LiteCigUSA.net for $10 apiece. I got a black one there and it's very nice. It doesn't flash when I put it on my older charger - its led just stays on. But it charges fine.

That means that the average vaper will blow through about 3-5 cartos per day (or 6-10 cartridges) depending on the size - but that's about average. That's why we advise that people re-fill 'em.
I use about 1.5-2ml a day. On a heavy day 3-4ml. I'd say plan for 5 at first and go from there.
Ditto. When i was vaping 3.7 V I vaped probably 3-4 ml and now I vape closer to 6ml per day.
@OP: At first it is really hard to plan out your usage until you "hit your stride". With that in mind its is prudent to order a little extra the first few times.If it turns out you over ordered you can reduce your next orders. it is always better to have extra juice than it is to run out!
About 4 mils a day here, was a 1 1/2 PAD smoker, I could vape more but then I wouldn't be able to sleep 
I fill 2 SmokTech Dual Coil Cartos every morning before leaving for work each hold 1.6ml of juice. I vape at 6volts. This lasts me for the the with spair batteries ready to rock.
