Hi Guys!!,

I was vaping around 1 ml a day before
I learned there were other things out there.
Now I spend hrs in the computer ordering stuff
(most of which I won't use) and I'm around 2ml a day.

Your actual consumption will help me determine
if I can go ever higher. I'm trying to set some limits.
I just love this stuff!!.

Thanks in advance for your time and input.

Heh. 5 to 7ml a day. I lowered my nic level even though I used to be a heavy smoker because I love my vape.

Forget "limits". In my opinion, anything that keeps you off cigs is good. End of story. If that means "chain vape", then chain vape.

If it gets pricey, do what I do. Order bulk nic and PG and/or VG (depending on your personal preference) and flavors. Doing basic, single flavor mixes is dead easy. You can do your "all day vapes" for dirt cheap (I figure I spend about 8 cents per ml on average now). Then buy the premix, specialty flavors as "treats".

And I'm not the heaviest vaper around the ECF. There are plenty who vape double what I'm doing.

I think the only thing you'd need to worry about is adjusting your nic level downward if you go up on the amount of vaping you do. Back at the beginning, as I finally dropped smoking completely (it took a while for me, I was "dual use" for about six weeks) my vaping went up to crazy levels. "Chain vaping" was my normal. Nic is a bit of a stimulant so I managed to keep myself awake half the night. Had to back down the nic so I could get to sleep. :)

Almost a year in now (April 15th is my "last cig" anniversary), I've figured out how to mix low nic "evening vape" juices so I don't have to think about how much I'm vaping and I sleep quite well now. Better than when I smoked that's for certain.

Your delivery device will also effect your consumption. Some devices use more than others. My highest was ~8ml/day. Now that my vaping habits and hardware have regressed, about 2-3ml/day. It can also depend on your juice and PG/VG ratio. The best benchmark is to use the same juice and vaping habits with different juice delivery devices.

I don't know if vaping habits are cyclic or not. I haven't been doing it long enough to tell, or if it is just a different phase. If so, then expect juice consumption to increase and/or decrease depending on what cycle you are on. Cartotanks seem to be thirsty, but not as bad as iClears. EVODs seem to be sippers, Protanks seem about medium between the two.
