Yeah, I have broken my fair share of things, that is for darn sure. I'm so glad I have many provaris they seem to hold up well.

I'll not read your comment that's not here. ;)

Find that Coppervape mods seem to suit me well. That is until I oddly drop one on concrete or hard rocks. Then, they become mis-formed. I don't carry a metal fabrication shop in my pocket either. Kind of difficult to get soft aluminum to reshape, to correct shape, using only a hammer. Although it might help anyway just to keep from commenting here about not commenting here. :)

So far, *knocks on his wooden head thrice* I've not dropped my brass Coppervape mod. Sh, I did not say that. ;)

When you buy poorly made trash it fails early. Make your next mod an Aegis. Mine's a year old and still as good as new.

I bought a Great Lakes Vapor GLV2 Supermini in early 2013, I think. I just replaced it today with an Aegis Solo because the threads have gotten so worn out that even with some packing I can’t keep anything screwed in anymore.

If it wasn’t for that, I’d still be using it and I suspect for another 7+ years.

I don’t expect this Aegis to last that long, but I decided to spend extra for the solid construction and shock/water resistance it advertises.

Four reasons the mod get flooded with juice.

I use too little cotton in tanks like Serpent mini, the Govad. Overnight the full content of the tank gets on the mod and the table.

In tanks with dropin coils, it happen that the top swings open in the pocket, and when I place the setup on the table, the full load gets tru the air slots.

Of late, it happened that the mesh coils for the Prince Baby, do leak because they are defective.

I also traveled by air and forgot to empty the tank, so when I arrived the e-liquid was all spread on the mod and in the bag.

I had many e-liquid dumps, now I changed how I manage the all storage and use, but I had these four expensive mods damaged. Of acquaintances who vape, they all experienced a tank dump at a given moment.

I never liked top airflow tanks, and even less the use of squonkers, but I can see why many vapers do use them.
Perhaps I just have been lucky. I have tilted an rta just right that it started to gurgling, but caught it in time , perhaps if I didnt catch it, it would of emptied. Have underwicked a few of my rtas, but just a gurgle. I remember a few times not closing the afc on a refill, but again caught it before much more then a gurgle...i think one of my old genesis / SS mesh tanks fell over once and dumped, but not on the mod...i feel for you, 4 yihi mods aren't cheap...

Only 8 months vaping and have a Smok x-priv, Smok species, VV pulse x, VV pulse 90, Dovpo topside and topside dual and LV Paranormal 250C. The Topside died when the tank leaked and the Topside Dual has a connection issue...will die randomly and falsely shows discharged battery.

Just like I used to do, one mod per month seemed like a fair compromise. Six years vaping and you end with a fair amount of vape gear...

...I slightly changed tune as of late, because the accumulation seemed pointless, as I am not an hoarder.

Avoiding to buy too much of the run-of-the-mill variety, and consolidating three - four months of device purchases into a single decent device, like the Dani or Paranormal.

Think - the pod craze has skewed my method; and even there I limit myself to the best quality pod devices which are true MTL; they aren't many in the end.

There are too many overachieving underdogs, mostly because of the self-imposed $25-$30 glass ceiling.

In the last few months I have been lazy. I bought 50 Nautilus coils and 20 X1 Mesh coils, and put aside all my trinkets - Prime, Kylin mini, Serpent and the Berserkers 1.5; paying for something that was supposed to be free. Even if, the cost of Six Licks, Twelve Monkeys and other top juices make the cost of the coils appear, as absolutely negligible. I believe it to be some form of spring-induced laziness (happiness?).

Since year 2019 began, I bought the Aegis mini, Evic Primo Fit, the Cube and the Proton, avoiding the mistake of last year when I got all the low priced devices as they hit the shelves; what a waste.

Only good thing was the devices come handy in converting few smokers. Smokers love free vape gear, they end using it everyday.
