How many of you would smoke flavored cigs (cereal, fruit, pie, custard, etc) if you still smoked?

I would bet that the majority of the people that post here are ex-cigarette smokers ... You started vaping as a means to stop smoking cigarettes.

And I am willing to bet that very very few of you would have purchased flavored cigarettes (if they were available) when you were actively smoking cigarettes.

So, my question is .... Why are the majority of the ex-tobacco smokers here buying fruit, breakfast cereal, custard, bakery, candy, etc flavored juice to put in your atomizers?

Me ... I DIY my juice which is a mix of various tobacco flavors to include some cigar overtones.

Me ... I just don't personally vape something that smells and tastes like apple pie, etc ... but that's just me.

I wouldn't buy a flavored cigarette....what I will say in my case, the reason I use the flavors I do in vaping, is because I like those flavors and they give/gave me the incentive to keep vaping and not fall back to smoking cigarettes...i get a personal positive reaction from vaping flavors that make me happy :)

There are some pretty good RY4 juices out there ... However, some that I have tried smell and taste more like pancake syrup than anything else.

Myself, I have tried various different flavors, but I have never found something that you would eat for a desert or breakfast to be something I can continually vape on a daily basis.

I smoked for so many years, I have found that only tobacco flavored juice @ around 18mg Nic will completely keep me off cigarettes (at least it has for the past 13 months) ... but, that's just me.

This. Plus when I started I vaped tobacco flavors for like the first month. I slowly got away from them and went bakery/fruity vapes because the tobacco vapes just didn't taste good anymore. I guess I just grew out of the tobacco flavors.

I tried one the other day that I got in a Craft Vapory box and was like "blech!". I also tried one of my "then" go-to tobacco vapes that I still have a few bottles of and had the same reaction.

Just not my thing anymore.

I'd say because the majority of tobacco e-juice you can buy taste terrible.

This is pretty much my only reason.

If there was an e-liquid that EXACTLY imitated the flavor of the cigarettes I used to smoke (Marlboro 54's), I'd vape that liquid all the ....... time. I really miss those cigarettes (they don't even make 'em anymore).

I love a good tobacco vape, but they're aren't that many good ones out there. I have a few diy ones I like but they have desert flavors like vanilla, caramel, cocoa in them. When smoking there was basically two options. Regular or menthol. There wasnt the option of flavor choices. I didnt start smoking because I liked the flavor of a cigarette. I smoked because I liked the feeling, and then over time aquired a taste for it. With the unlimited options of diy I vape everything now. Fruits, cereals, deserts and tobaccos. Variety is the spice of life. I wouldnt like a vape that tasted like Marlboro light I don' t think. There's just too much stuff that tastes better

Guess i never smoked for the taste of it, now that i think about it.

Do you not remember all the various flavored cigs that existed for a short period of time before they were banned?

If there was no demand they likely wouldn't have been made, heck if everyone just wanted regular sucky cig taste why would those nasty (no offense) cloves exist or even menthol for that matter?

Variety is the spice of life, but not everyone likes it spicy.

I'm with you, Fit. I've tried many of the "4 C's": custards, cakes, cookies, cereals and candies (and the like). And you know what? A lot of them taste pretty darn good! But there's no way I could ever vape them on a regular basis. To me those tastes are for eating, not inhaling. I vape unflavored, some menthols and I've found a few tobacco juices I enjoy vaping. But I have a secret for you...we're in the minority. ;)

When I could find them I would buy flavored cigarettes. There was a nice vanilla one that I liked and I liked cloves and there's an apple black and mild that I like. There are some tobacco flavors I still like and I buy like Uncle Junk's Jon Wayne. Great tobacco for me. As for fruity or cereal or something like that in an analog. Well that would probably be nasty along with the actual tobacco and burning taste.

One of my favorite cigarettes was a Springwater Vanilla. They were imported and cost several bucks more than my normal Camels, so I didn't smoke them often. But on a good payday or a special occasion, I loved them. Now I gravitate towards RY4s. I also like a good blueberry vape, and blueberry was my favorite flavor in hookah bars. So I guess my tastes are still similar to my smoking days.

I had given up on ever being a non-smoker. I only tried the starter kit because it was a Groupon offer and I thought, "Hey, why not save a little money." It was really the flavors that made me want to keep vaping. That is why I almost laugh at people saying all the good flavors are going to cause kids to turn from vaping to smoking cigarettes. Now that I make my own, there are some great tobacco flavors out there but I still prefer to add fruit flavors to them. Whatever it is that make people enjoy vaping. . . I am grateful everyday. :)

Drew Estates makes some very fine non flavored cigars. But his flavored and "infussed" ones, where he got most of his early fame, suck, nasty, bleck. Straight up Dog Rockets.

I mix about 95% of my juices in a tobac flavor, but I do like a strong tart cherry and a cloud producing cheesecake occasionally. But that`s as far as Iv gotten on flavored juices. I prefere the complexity of a good tobac, so many intermingling flavors, you know.
