YES! I keep multiple cartomisers filled (no less then 5 at a time) and available. I have 4 batteries, a box mod, and a passthrough primed and ready at all times. If I don't have lots of choices I tend to get bored.

i only have one PV, but i always have 3 different flavors going on my two batts and PT.

i keep a cart filled for each of my juices so they're ready to go at all times. i'm still playing around with different levels of nic, and as delicious as they are, i get bored with just one flavor after a while. there are some juices that i vape more than others, but it's good to change it around from time to time. i just switch out the attys (1 for clove, 1 for TV's AC, 1 for fruity juices and 1 for "warmer" flavors like English Toffee, French Toast, etc...) accordingly.

I keep my 5v GLV loaded w/ a combo of Tasty Vapor AC/Ms. T's gingerbread (best flavor combo I've found!)

When I'm at work, I usually bring about 5 flavors for the day. Each has its own atty and cart. I use a power pass tru at work plugged into a wall usb adapter.When I feel like a change of taste I pop on a a new atty and cart and I'm good. I put the atty, cart and bottle in a zip lock so I don't mix them up. I carry the five bags and extra gear in a converted 35mm camera case. Love the 5v P/T!!

I yanked out my old RN 4081 atomizer that I had stored away (because it can't compete with the 510 when stock, and it outlived its batteries...) and it is now my secondary for dripping my cherry flavor. The buffet has begun...
