I wouldn't do if I could afford to. i know a few flavors are okay but some go off the deep end.
I have one tank that cost me $100 to put together. That would be the Hoosier Vapes Elegance tank ($50) that I matched up with a Phiniac pyrex tube ($50) that they custom sand-blasted a design on. All the rest of my tanks but two were less than $25. All of my tanks are an accumulation since I began vaping 10 months ago.

Tree frog tank and a modified Elegance/Phiniac tank.

Elegance tank from Hoosier Vapes with a Phiniac pyrex tube that they sand-blasted a design. The mouthpiece and top cap are one piece and twists off the tube for easy juice filling.

The frog tank is a custom blown glass design from High Desert Vapes whose cost was rationalized with a 2-for-1 tank sale ($60 for custom order tank and included a free tank of my choosing).
The vast majority of my tanks are from IBTanked and Valley View Vapes, all under the price of $25. I also have a Vaporfexion Pro-V tank that was in the $60 range.
This is a hobby to me, and I was a collector of tanks. I think I have plenty of tanks now.
