How many smokers have you converted since you started vaping?

I've been vaping for a couple of months. Thus far, I've helped two people make the switch. I've got three more prospects in the pipeline and I'll see two of them next week. I like giving away what was freely given to me.
Two have quit smoking completely. Two are actively trying to cut down on smoking by vaping and one was trying to quite and was doing well on cutting down, but she fell off the wagon due to technical issues. I got her and running with a much better clearo then she had and she's doing better

I purchased an iTaste VV for my mother for Christmas. She is not off the analogs yet but doing better than I thought she would.

I have converted 4 so far, and I am going to my local B&M vape shop in the morning with someone else that I work with.
None. I wish my father would just give it a try. He doesn't even like to see me vape.
Keep up the gentle persuasion, some need extra time. I have PIF'd a few dozen setups and am running about an eighty percent success rate. I remain optimistic on the ones that are just not ready for whatever reason to make the switch. I am thankful for the kind folks and vendors that run contest here. They have made it easier to be helpful to others. I know how hard it was struggling with the effort to quit having tried everything. Vaping has worked for me. I don't say I've quit, I say I've made the switch to a healthy alternative. Kudos to all here that are willing to help others. Enjoy the day!
Since I accidentally converted my self on Christmas to a non smoking vaper, I have inspired 2 good friends and 3 bartenders to take up this new method of nic delivery. This is just the count of true "quitters". I have shared my new hobby with many more. Thinking about ordering some starter kits and selling them in bars since our county outlawed smoking recently.
I cant take credit for them all as I'm sure I wasn't the only one that inspired them to switch, but I would say probably 20 or so made the switch in part because of my encouragement!

If every person that is converted converts two other people the number could grow very fast. Makes me thing about saving a penny and doubling it every day you would end up with $5,368,709.12 after 30 days.
My brother in law. I have only been vaping 4 weeks and I was a closer smoker so there aren't many to convert.
A couple from work I "converted" have stuck with vaping. I'm going to gift a couple of tanks/ego batteries to another work colleague next week in the hope he takes it up, along with some juice

I have been vaping for a few months now and converted roughly 20 people. The conversions from them I find are growing quickly. I started as a lone vaper at my work and see so many that do it now (large production facility). When I ask people at work who helped them try vaping it usually points back to someone I converted. I feel good about my success at work. Now if I could get my 70 year old neighbor to quit. I think I'm almost there.
I have converted 2 so far who have in turn converted 3 each. I work in the plants and have to smoke in the "smoke shacks". It floors me how many people come up with wierd reasons to denounce vaping and continue smoking. The latest excuse is " They found that those things cause heart attacks, I think I would rather just smoke cigs." It really starts to irritate me with how ignorant some people can be. When I first heard about vaping I instantly started researching and bought my first the same day.
Ignorance is bliss. While nicotine is not healthy, why would someone want nicotine along with all of the chemicals that come with the combustion of tobacco. It makes no sense.
