6mg. Refill my 5ml tanks every half day. No cravings what so ever. Although I did try one about a month ago (nostalgic reasons) one puff and couldnt stand it.....

it really depends on what im using. If i use mt vivi nova, or my protank, i usually use about a tank a day, sometimes less. if im using my esmart, ill fill it a couple times, same thing gos for the Smoktek DCT. but i like to switch it up and not use the same thing repeatedly.. lol
But I still use the boge 2mm hole in my tanks. Good descent flavor and of course 100% VG cloud production 
I'm vaping about 2-3ml a day 18mg of nic said I was gonna quit the lung darts cold turkey but I'm not gonna bs ya I went from almost 2 pack of marlboro black 100s to about four darts a day. I started vaping Tuesday and must say I feel alot better. I'm using a knock off nova mini but I've got a real one on the the way and its a 3.5ml
I typically go through 5-8ml at 18mg a day... Usually have a couple of flavors going... Most times have an evod on and ego twist and then something in an ibtanked cartotank on the vamo

Pretty consistently hit four tanks a day. I vape with a Phiniac which holds about 2.8 mils, filling with a little bit left, so more or less 10 mils per day. That's a lot, more than most, and far less than others that I've read about, mostly dripper people. Welcome to the Forum and good luck!
Go through the most while using my kayfun 3.1 and the least with a protank II. So between 8 to 2 ml a day.
I'm the same - I vape about 2 to 3 protanks a day. I used to smoke about 1 - 1.5 packs a day.
I also do 3ml to 4ml of juice a day at 12mg of nico. I used to smoke a pack a day of marlboro's as well. I find that if your bored or have a little free time here and there, im just puffing away on my pv, which isnt bad because thats what I used to do with my analogs anyways. I just try to relieve my nico cravings all day, and its working for me right now at 12mg. Just because someone tells you to smoke in the higher nico mg's, like 18mg, while that might work for your cravings, you might not like how strong it is. For me at 18mg, it worked for cravings, but depending on who makes the juice, was too harsh for my throat. So just keep doing what your doing if it works. To me, you know your overdoing it if you feel that sickness overload of nicotine in your system lol...
Between 5-6 ml of 50/50 24 mg/day (one REO Grand bottle full). Before that it was two full Protanks (original) per day. However, I come from cigars and pipes, and don't inhale into my lungs--just mouth and throat. If I go to lower nic, I subconsciously vape more than that.
