I'm usually between 6 and 7.5 watts.

Here is a question. Since I'm using an eGo and I here folks talking about 3.3 volts up to 3.7 volts... Which Voltage rating should I use in figuring this equation out?

Sometimes even 6 watts seems a little harsh and hot when I'm vaping. I can't believe people are rocking it above 10 watts sometimes.

But hey, I haven't had the pleasure yet of operating a Lava Tube or ProVari or any other VV contraption.

If it is an actual Joye eGo, it runs at 3.3v I believe. When I first started vaping about 6 watts was spot on, but over time... These days I can't even taste the vapor at 6 watts.

Grimm Green always mentions 3.7V when talking about the eGo he uses...

The eGo is understood to be a 3.7v device, as that is the standard, but it actually puts out 3.2-3.3v under load. You need an inline voltage display to see that.

Now, to be fair, other eGo models put out anywhere between 3.3-4.2v...
