Hmm, that's a lot of steeping for such a small amount.... Actually sounds promising, I find hopscotch needs a LOT of steeping, and look how awesome it turns out in the end??? (I tend to transfer my hopscotch to 10ml bottles to steep - I don't have time to wait for a 60 or 120ml to do it's magic. At first it was painful, because I had to wait and had no reserves built up, but now I always have a 120ml bottle ready to go and steeped. I've learned that the really great flavours take time. Looking forward to hearing the end result.
