Cigarettes are cheap in CA compared to some other states but I was putting out nearly $200 a month for smokes. Cartos and DIY liquid now cost me under $30 per month.

I would probably save allot, I smoke a pack of cigs a day which is $11.50 in canada for a pack of belmonts, so thats over $300 bucks a month.... I'm just waiting to get some good tanks/carts so I don't have to deal with e liquid leaking into my mouth and that burning taste, and plus having to always refill these small tanks...
