Not bad at all, I have about 750-800$ invested into all of my equipment/juices. That is for two people though. So another 2 months or so long as I do not spend anymore money and I will break even and the savings can start to show.

I don't think I will ever quit e-cigs. Smoking wasn't just for the addiction, it was habitual. Meditative. Theraputic. I have broken even after the first two and a half months

What you smoked in a year was just a 6 week supply for me and my husband

Our average for 2 people on cigarettes last year was
2 cartons a week at $96.00 a week, that averages out to $417 a month and just a bit over $5,000 a year

So far have spent about $1,000 to get us both set up and figure we are spending about $75 to $100 a month on juice and supplies.

My mom smoked like that. She goes through a little over 5ml a day now, I got her into e-cigs. Thing is, she and I are pretty poor. I am 19 and still live at home, that should explain enough.

Take a look at my banner and then factor in the setup costs and then multiply that times the fact that I have not been sick since cutting my analogs out completely plus quality of life added to my newly rediscovered(3 years ago) sense of smell and taste and so many other factors =

Vape On, Dude!!

;)

PS - The last straw for me was when I bought a brand new car and in this first week, I smoked and threw a still lit .... out the window and, unknown to me at the time, it blew back in my car and into the back seat and melted a nice big old hole in my new car upholstery. THAT WAS IT....and I had the window open because the stinky things ruin the interior....

...so...vape on and loving it.

In five months close to $500 in equipment (if you add up atomizers, batteries and chargers) and around another $500 in juices. Compared to 2-packs a day at $5 per pack, I really don't think the reward in monetary. However, after 40 years of smoking, Vaping has improved my breathing, the way I feel (and smell), and is generally a much more pleasant alternative to analogs. Health is something I cannot price.

I did as well...when I first started. Then I noticed that it was keeping me up at night because I just can't put my PV down. I'm now down to 10mg to 12mg and about to go lower. I should be down to 0mg by summer.

Wow! Good for you.
I don't plan on quitting nicotine anytime soon, it is one of the few things that give my life relief.
Eventually, of course, but for now I prefer concentrating on quitting analogs (and have been very successful so far)

2 packs a day of Camel 100s... 14 dollars a day,98 dollars a week, 392dollars a month. This does not reflect the number of cigarettes bummed, broken or lost inside a months timeline... so lets round it out to a quick 425. Or 5100 dollars a year.. I mix my own juices, probably spent 60 dollars in vendor juices.. and $240 to mix my own. 400 dollars in equipment...

Cigarettes that I would have smoked since I made the switch: 1275
E-cig purchases since quitting: 700

I would say Im well, well ahead of the game.

my mom and I always bought the cheapest cigarettes (aside from clippers)
We constantly switched from brand to brand, depending on the price.
Seneca, Doral Light 100's (mom liked, I hate lights), 305's (had a tight draw, wasn't my favorite), PallMall and the occasional parliament.

I did, once a week, splurge and buy a Black and Mild wine. I have a thread in the E-lIquid forum her about how I am going to replicate that flavor. Something like this-

Semi-Sweet red wine, 35%
Wood flavor... 5% (not sure where to get it)
Blended cigar 60%

I have ordered all of the above, except the wood flavor. I have heard the french pipe in reminiscent of woody-tobacco, but I am not sure. I will have to see, but I am very excited!
