I found stating out that I was vaping constantly. I still do at times. I finally figured out that for me, it is the addiction to the other things in real cigs that I was craving , not really nicotene.
In the end I just vaped my head off and didnt smoke. The craving for the other things has subsided finally and I am not vaping quite so much now.
That along with the new toy syndrome kept me vaping a lot for a while LOL
Instead of increasing my nic level , I reduced it. That way I could vape my self silly and still not make myself sick from it, it worked for me .
There's something to be said about lowering the nic you vape. For me smoking was always an activity monitored by the length of time it took to finish a cigarette. I rolled my own for years, so there was no real way of telling how many I smoked in a day. Could have been 12 or 30.
Started vaping about 5 months ago and had many of the same concerns. From 11mg to 24mg I could taste the difference but not "really" feel it. It curbed my need for the activity but I wasn't sure if it was satisfying all my need for the nicotine; something only time and experience vaping can teach you. I started to worry a little, going for an analog now and then just to "test" the difference. It IS all the other stuff in cigarettes that some people can be addicted to. Including the mild asphyxiation that occurs when our body breaths carbon monoxide. Some of us liked that feeling.
I like TV liquids, and when I saw he was offering "doublers" with 0 nicotine and only flavor I picked up one with a nic bottle. I've found that when I vape nic in the morning and throughout the day I'm satisfied knowing that it's in the juice, but when I get home and often through the evening I just vape the 0 mg flavor. It curbs that need for that "activity" and removes any worry I have about getting too much nicotine.
We switched from analogs because they were killing us didn't we? We were worried! There shouldn't be any worries in vaping, especially when we can control our intake so easily... you can always mix your own flavors too!
