vaping is pretty damn inefficient as a nicotine delivery system. So it is fairly difficult to get a nicotine buzz, never mind over doing it. If you are vaping something like 18 mg or less, don't worry. At 24 mg I can feel it after 5 minutes of vaping and that's where I knock it off.

Been at this vaping about 3 weeks with no regrets, but as a 20 year smoker (about 1 and 1/2 packs a day avg), there were times when I simply smoked too many cigarettes in a row, basically making myself a bit shaky.

What about vaping? At what point is it too much? Has anyone hit that point yet?

I mean, you KNOW when you chainsmoke 5 cigs in row....what about just sitting around vaping?

Its actually easier then you think. I was 3 packs a day before I quit, have one helluva tollerance for nic. I've been slammed 2 times with nic OD. Once from a juice from a supplier that was mixed wrong (which made me quit buying and start DIY), second time was a wrong mix from supplier on my Nic base.
