Welcome to the forum iKeel!
That is really an issue that has to be answered for yourself. It's going to vary based on your nic level, the ohms and wattage you vape at and personal preference. Some vape 0 nic and just vape for flavor, some at 36+ nic for that nic hit and most somewhere in between.
If your ignoring everything else and vaping all day, that's probably too much. If your using your mortgage payment to buy juice and/or devices instead, that's probably too much.
Other than that, listen to your body, it will tell you when you've reached too much.

The main point is "I Don't SMOKE" period. I Vape. While vape can easily allow anyone not having to light up. It is not smoke, it's something totally different, and when taken to a level where ones knowledge, skills and experience, all come to a balance of serious Advanced vape, safely,... it makes smoking anything from a camel ....-less, to $100 Havana pale in comparison. And the entry level vape gear is getting seriously sweet compared to a year ago.
Just worry about not having to smoke, and drink plenty of fluids. Your body is going into major elation high alert damage assessment and repair. Think about it. You have stopped bombarding and attacking your body with some serious harmful chemicals, cancer causing and system degrading pollutants, and hooked it so it had tooo. Now after all the years of the immune system battling to protect the body, it now doesn't have to.
Human body is an incredible self repairing system, and now it's heavy into damage control and cleaning up the mess and damage, then cell regeneration kicks into full gear. Body is more confused than you, so a period of readjustment happens. Detoxification that sort of thing. So not only have to adjust to the difference of vape not smoke, wholesticly speaking the body has to adapt too. takes time.
IMO about 2 or 3 ml a day is max. If i vape more which i do sometimes makes me feel bad. I vape between 6 or 12mg on a mini protank 3 or vapeonly vpulse.
amount of juice vaped is heavily dependent on the gear being used, watts vaped at, and frequency of vaping. Using a clero and ego style, was only vaping 2-4 ml a day, to not have to smoke, but something was missing, advanced to a regulated, and re-buildable atomizer, rba, and maxed out the 15 watt regulated, juice consumption shot up to about 9 ml's a day. Wasn't vapping any more, the thicker the vape, well the more juice is being consumed during the same vape time. But my nic level dropped from 24 mg, to 12 mg, had to, otherwise I'd get over nic'd, vapes better, flavors better, at this point smoking pales, seriously pales.
I quickly jumped on the DIY juice mixing train, and hey, not only do I never run out of juice, but when I vape up to 20 ml's of juice a day, that's only $1.60 in consumables.
So once again, can't judge volumes of juice consumed by any means than what works best for you at the level one is currently vaping at. To me, a dna30 device, powerlocked at 30 watts is my casual vape. That's me low end of my "Sweet Spot"

If you vape WHILE sleeping... has anyone else considered hooking up a vape rig to a C-pap machine or is that just me?![]()
My Vape Station, is right next to my bed, and there is a decent selection to choose from, so hadn't thought of that, but am thinking of setting up a wide mouth hose tip for the inside of a motorcycle helmet, with an exhale tube on the other side and use the gps mount to hold a box mod,, which is a usb powered mount, and vape vape while ripping the twisties on me roadstar warrior 108 ci
Oh, also thought a redesign of the "legal vape 2000" that looks like an oxy breather tank one see's people toting around, if anyone asks why there's an occasional vape trail, just say you have to have antihistamine fed into the 02 occasionally,
