LOL Yeah, but I also "donate" juice to 2 family members and a friend who can't afford to buy their own at this time, so I'm not as greedy as it sounds. :)

I don't store my juice in the fridge, I'm afraid of condensation issues, so I just keep it all in a cool, dark place. If you can take out the air from the juice that will help, too. (Put into containers with very little to no head space.

I think too much juice would be if it expires before you can use it the 2 years shelf life. For me that would be anything over 3120 which would last me 2 years.

Actually the shelf life is closer to 12 months. Sunlight and oxidation are working against us. Everytime we pull out the juice we are speeding up the process. I have over 1500ML of juice and keep mine refrigerated but im under no illusions that it could go bad.

Everyone needs to understand that nicotine may have a shelf life of 2 years (under very controlled conditions) ie: refrigeration and no sunlight but the other ingredients in our juice do not. They are food grade additives. Just like with anything else as soon as you open it the "spoil" process has begun. And remember our "juice" is not in airtight or put in vacuum sealed containers like most of our food it.

How do you figure? The bottles show a 2 year exp date. Iirc it also says to increase that shelf life, to store in ....... I'm just wondering how you got 12 months. Please link your source. This kind of information will affect a high percentage of us, as a lot of us carry a lot of juice on hand.

Plenty of food grade additives have much longer than a 12 month shelf life, so maybe it depends on what is being used to flavor the juices.
