How much mg do YOU vape?

I smoked 1 1/2 packs of Marlboro lights. I currently use 1-2 ml 24 mg liquid. Slooowly backing down to 18mg. Haven't smoked for more than 4months after smoking for 30+ years.

I smoked about 20 cigs a day for 13 years , so I started @ 22mg then 18mg then 16mg and currently 14mg going for the big 9mg very soon. I have no intentions of ditching the nic, I just want to lessen my addiction and hopefuly will be able to vape 5mg full time. That way, if things go belly up I wont return to dirty smoking

I smoked 3 packs a day of Marlboro red. I now vape 5 ml of 36mg.

Somewhere on this forum there is a formula somebody listed to go by.

I regular pack of cigarettes = 50 mg x 3 packs = 150mg. I now vape 5 ml of 36mg a day so that is 36 x 5 =180. So I now vape 30mg more than I did when I smoked.

This is just a guide to go by. I noticed what everybody else posted and this seems to work out pretty close.

24mg, and not sure of the ml, but maybe 6-8 drops per day? I smoked a minimum of one pack, max of 1.5 of Eclipse menthols per day for 5 years, and kool menthols for 8 years before that for a total of 13 years. I plan to step down my dosage, as I think the 24 may have been overkill. I plan to try the 18.

I smoked a pack of Marlboro Light Menthols per day (20 cigs). Now vaping 26mg Menthol from ECOpure at roughly 10-12ml in this first week.... Feels about right for me.

I smoked about a pack and a half of Marlboro reds a day for 30 years.
For the first two months I vaped about 3 ml of 36mg juice a day.
I now vape about 3 ml of 24mg juice a day. Occasionally I will vape some 36mg but not often.

I smoked a pack a day of Winston-Lights-in-a-box (the phrase I spoke to a convenience store clerk every day for 20 years). I started vaping 24mg and now use 18mg with 11mg for chain vaping times. I go through about 2ml a day on average.

Not sure yet, being it is my 3rd day, how much liquid I am using per day, or if I need to raise/lower my mg.

24mgs 1ml a day about to drop to 18mgs cause i bought 24 cause everyone said go high and i went too high...i smoke about half a pack a day in the winter and a pack a day in the summer

i smoked 2 packs a week of djarum blacks till the first month of 2010. when they where made illegal and no longer sold. at that point i was forced to go with out. an yes i had lost my mind several times over about 2 months untill i started vaping. i have sence been able to not freak out using 0mg juice. i usualy hand make my juice but i have tryed some premixed now an then. if not for vaping i resently found a place selling djarum blacks on the rez i would have returned to them. i had been smoking for about 7 years.
