How much mg do YOU vape?

Not sure if I should name the company so I wont till I ask. But talk about service. They returned a phone call in like 5 mins and asked me what I needed. They are custom mixing me some juice. I will ask them,if its ok to post who it is,I will. Is it ok to post that here? Anyone?

I was smoking nearly a pack a day of marlboro menthol lights. I have been vaping 24mg I don't know how many ml's a day. I do know it seems to be a bit too much. I love vaping and can do it now at times that I couldn't smoke, so I'm vaping a lot and getting effects from the nic. Headaches and some ......... Whoever said that we don't get any nicotine into the system from vaping was nuts. I know I am.
I prolly need to get some lower mg juice, just so far the flavors I have liked have been 24mg strength.

I smoked 2 packs a day Marlboro Lights for 20 years.
Am Vaping on a 510, maybe only 2-3 ml per day 24mg.
Still smoking maybe 1-2 analogs per day, but not for long!

I used to smoke about 20 hand rolled cigarettes a day, heavy stuff. Was smoking for 5-6 years. Initially was going through about 30ml's per month (of 18mg), then 30ml's per 2 months and now I've had the same 30ml bottle for 2 and half months and it's still not empty.
Not trying to cut down, just seems to naturally happen. Win win

former 14 year smoker, pack a day. 5 months cig free and cut down to 12 mg from 24 originally. I go through about 1.5-2 ml/day.
im throwing this out here i vape 36 mg, to keep my brain from wanting to light up,
is that a little to much??? if i went down too 12 mg i would end up being that guy who robs a convenient store for camels, yeah. thats how much i hate the price of those cancer sticks.

About the same here.
I smoked 2-3 packs of menthol 100s for decades. (Started with Kent, when Kent dropped all but "lite", went to Salem, switched to B&H when Salems got to be too much filter.)
Used to poke holes through the filters, at times, too. (Real hard core smoker)
In my first week, vaping 30-36 mg is enough to keep me just short of reaching for an analog.. (I mix a tiny bit of 24 mg menthol with 36 mg unflavored).
A single 2ml (eGo-T Type B) tank lasts me just about all day.
(Give or take leaks. I'm still getting the hang of putting the parts together right. I'm thinking of digging out my old nerd pocket protectors.
)The throat hit gets a little off by the next morning ... I think the 1000 mAh battery voltage is dropping a bit by then.
But it's seriously convenient to be able to fill the tank and swap batteries in the morning, and be good for the day.
I should probably get a pass-through for while I'm at the computer.

And as far as smoking history, I started on full-flavor, but had been a "lights" smoker for the last 10+ years of the 18+ I was smoking.
(still getting used to using past tense for my smoking, lol - it feels awesome though!)

Smoking for 45 years, the last 20 or so with lights and ultra lights. Mostly Carlton 100, box, 1&1/2-2 packs a day. I still smoke 8-11 analogs plus 3-4 808d cartos (that I refill or top off daily, so I guess about 3-4ml). I've been using low level nicotine (3-6mg) and may need to increase it to get over the hump. I'm loving the Vaperite natural and organic tobacco and still searching for that first thing in the morning mix, but I'm getting closer.

Now i vape 5ml/day at 6 or 9mg/ml, but I started at 18mg in november.
