I smoked a cig after exclusively vaping for about 5 months. I vape 24mg juice at 3.2 (ego) and 6v (awesome silver bullet) pretty much as we all do, we stay vapin' through the day. When I smoked that cig I got a buzz from hell. That told me that I had decreased my nic comsumption. Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt I am. We forget that vaping is a much more inefficient way to absorb nic than cigs. Oh and by the way...it's got about 2000 times less carcinogens.

Vaping too much is completely normal! I know its all mental too. When I first started vaping, I was using 24mg stuff and would chain vape and feel terrible, but yet I still wanted to keep vaping. So I started using 18mg stuff and that was still too much to chain vape so now I'm down to 11mg and can chain vape all day without freaking my body out. I still like to keep some higher nic stuff around for those short little breaks my job likes to give me a couple times a day.

Happy vaping!:vapor:

STILL better than chaining the analogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus it's almost like FREEDOM to toke WITHOUT the 4000+ death chemicals.

You might want to up your "dose" of nicotine to a higher level. That might help.

Good advise....if you WANT to vape less. If not (you just LIKE vaping), consider a LOWER nic level and vape until your heart is content.

I too vape all day. Very glad I got a PV with long battery life (Leo), though I now realize I didn't buy enough juice and no mail comes tomorrow.... it's going to be close!
Is there a listing on here of storefronts that sell good juice?

I'm still amazed I haven't smoked in four days... this impulse buy has truly worked out great!

I too average a puff or two every 5 minutes, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. Most often longer. I vape a whole lot less than I smoked, and worse yet, than I wanted to smoke. When I smoked, I uncomfortably limited myself to no more than 4 an hour while at home. That was hard! I so wanted more. I craved my next cig while smoking the current one. It was awful. When at work, I'd have to last 2hrs between smokes. During the 10 minute break I would wolf down 2 cigs in 6 minutes in order to get to and from break area on time. At lunch break, I would eat very lightly so I could spend the rest of my time catching up on my nicotine and storing some for the next 2 hrs. Life is so much nicer and mellower now that I vape. I do vape at will, however. But I vape less now than the first months of vaping... oh my, that was every minute!!! ... and there have been times I've cut out the nicotine already. It's an amazing gadget that flexes with our personal needs at any given time. My recommendation? Relax and let the good times roll.

Mix your own juice, its crazy easy, and super cheap if you shop around. Then you can make any flavor you want, custom tailor the vape/th/everything. And almost never run out (if you do, just smoke that nasteh waffle you tested but didnt throw away).

Hi.

The novelty may truly have something to do with it but also learning to use the device properly. Beyond that really analyzing the pleasure you got from smoking and trying to recreate the various stimuli is what really worked. I no longer struggle to get a perfect "hit" I am always around 95% on "good hit" consistency. Then the model choice was really important to get up to that 95% The fact that I only direct drip and purposely remove the tip (801 soft), hold it in my teeth, drip 2-3 drops, reconnect and vape I think also plays a role by keeping busy. If I bought a feeder I would vape more. More convenient isn't always better.

Another factor is what you had in mind when you quit. I simply said, "No more analogs. The end." I just replaced one with the other. So, I vape all the time just as I smoked all the time. Others have approached it differently.

All the best!

Hehe. I taped my VaporKing to my face and pull on it constantly. Who needs a pair of hands? Five minutes is an eternity in the world of vaping. You're fine. Enjoy.

ROFL!!! I wore mine around my neck (with a bottle attached!) for six months!!! Hehe. Finally had to toss it. The leather strap had broken so many times, there was no string left to tie.
