How much vaping is too much?

I'm a newbie vapor and I am completely addicted to it. I vape all day long. It's like I never put it down.

Is this dangerous for me?

It may seem like your vaping all the time because there isn't a beginning and end like with a cigarette.

How many mls per day do you vape? Don't decrease strength too quickly. Many that do that start smoking again.

Well that's not very much. A standard cartomizer holds approx 1 ml. You don't vape it bone dry so less than 1 ml in a cartomizer.

The average is around 3-5 mls per day depending on equipment. So, you're on the low side.

Get Vaping! j/k as long as you feel good, and don't have cravings, that's all that counts.

Hey there! I started at 18 mg & I'm still there! If I'm awake I'm vaping! If I'm off of work I'm vaping even more! If I'm at work I can't wait for a break so that I can vape! Lol! The nicotine absorbs differently than the stinkeys we once smoked. As long as you don't feel like you're over nicced then you're fine! Vape on!

Youre not vaping much judging by how often you fill your carto. I use 24mg too and have had it glued to my face for almost a year now, and i feel great!

All good answers here. As long as you don't start getting dizzy and losing consciousness you should be fine. My Provari with AGA-T or Protank is literally my pacifier. It goes with me everywhere and I don't care what anyone thinks because I don't smoke anymore.

Truth in this post, I tried dropping from 18 to 12 about 6 weeks or so after starting and the occasional cigarette started popping up throughout the day. Now I'm back to around 8-10 on a work day and 4 or 5 on my off days, was a PAD smoker so it's still less but I was smoke free for 6 to 7 weeks and then slightly fell off the wagon. Hoping this order coming this week will get me going again

To answer your question, as long as you aren't feeling sick or getting headaches you should be fine. I'd guess I vape between 4-6 ml a day, switch between a cartotank and Protank so not totally sure.

Edit: What I try to do is just keep my vaping habit the same as my smoke habit was/is. Vape on breaks and lunch break but when I'm at home it's a whole different ball game. Vape pretty much 24/7 at home
