Rant away - it's justified by the sound of things! :( Must be hurtful.

For me, the overfull bottles & Zotz are the upgrades.
Add super fast despatch, little notes and emails, plus the hugely appreciated interaction here, and what more could anyone want ...oh yes ..wonderful top class products, and of course, we get those by the bottleful :)

I was brought up never to ask for nor expect anything free, and we taught our two sons the same.

I may not have been around here for long, but I do feel part of it all because I was made so welcome from the start by an extremely nice bunch of people.
So sorry that someone could have been so rude to someone so undeserving.

Keep it up!! Coming from a new customer, I was SHOCKED and ***HAPPY*** When I got the 30-50 upgrade... Was pretty awesome.. The Zotz... well, never had one before, but WOW....

Don't change a thing... As others have said, people need to chill with expecting things for free. I pay what I pay for a bottle of juice, because it's worth it to me. I don't EXPECT anything more than that, I send you $xx.xx, you send me whatever I checked off.... if something extra is included, hey, sweet...

Bottom line, your product is worth every penny you charge for it, and if I never see an upgrade or other perk, I will still order because it's worth it...

Bonuses are just that, bonuses.... SURPRISE... :)


All that aside, I'm becoming a serious NT SNOB at an alarming rate... I caught myself using a good liquid, from a good competing vendor, for no reason other than to neutralize my tastebuds before I went back to a couple NT liquids I've been puffing on.. Wanted to press reset, and taste it like i've never had it before....... poor competition.... :)

Tbh I think it's fine either. In fact I think it's more than fine. You guys go the extra mile and that counts for a lot (at least with me). You get so much more if you're ordering with you. You get people who really care. People who are doing everthing in their power to do us right. It's like a garantuee. If you order, you know everything is done with the greatest care from start to end.

Because of this I am loyal to Nicoticket. Upgrades are always a nice surprise when you get them, but I don't mind really because either way I am going to keep ordering with you. Because you get so much already if you order here. That trust/garantuee for me is of more value than any upgrade.

Also because of the most amazing juice ever made ofcourse!

In all seriousness....I've only placed one order so far (will be ordering again tomorrow!) but you all made me feel a part of the family before I even placed that first order. The forum presence here is amazing and really helps the NT crew to feel like actual people, not just another business. I loved the communication I received during the processing of my order - it's nice to not just get robo emails updating my status. I was absolutely thrilled to get overfilled bottles; was not expecting that AT ALL and it truly made my day. The Zotz in the package is yet another nice personal touch. I can easily see myself becoming a NT snob, too. I've filled my tank a couple of times with the other juices I've got on hand and they all just taste "off" to me now.

I like that the upgrades I've experienced so far and that I've seen mentioned here are more of a surprise. Don't get me wrong, I like loyalty programs as much as the next person. However, loyalty programs aren't/shouldn't be what defines a company - a business with an amazing loyalty program is still only as good as the customer service and products they offer. A lot of the programs out there these days though just kind of brainwash you into buying more than you really want to in order to get that freebie or free shipping or what have you.

You guys keep doing what you're doing. At the end of the day, it's the personal presence and the quality of the product that's keeping me coming back; the rest is just a happy bonus.

We're very aware that we exist in a competitive environment. We know there are options - less expensive, more expensive, etc. We don't take a single relationship, a single order, or a single referral for granted... we work really hard to EARN that loyalty with every interaction. The loyalty upgrade system we have in place (we toss a free upgrade and/or freebie every 3-5 orders) is a token of our appreciation and a symbol that "we appreciate you riding with us."

There's a good reason why we don't do the loyalty upgrades like some other companies (like MBV, for example, who tosses you a free bottle every time you cross a minimum order size)... it becomes "expected." It's no longer a loyalty upgrade, it's an entitlement. When we take overfilled bottles and loyalty upgrades into our total cost equation, we don't charge for 20% of the liquid we actually make... and, we're good with that. :) If that's not enough, I have a long list of vendors who make comparable flavors that are more than willing to underwhelm you for $5.99. :)

Sorry, kinda ranting. LMAO.

Rant on brother, I'll leave it at that :thumb:
