I find myself getting nic'up quiet more often than smoking analogs since you don't really chain smoke in regular occasions... I vape 6 mg Halo Tribecca at night when I am on my comp searching or watching something but I get nic'up pretty often.. I should just control myself carefully other wise this vaping could be WORSE than smoking analogs seriously...

I've been wondering if I'm taking in more nic than I used to. I smoked almost a pack a day of Marlboro ultra light 72's (really short ones).
I'm vaping 18mg juice and using 2.5 to 3 ml of juice a day. Seems like I can't get enough. My mt3 and spinner battery are my pacifier now. Ugh!

most people level out after some time. you are not putting smoke in your lungs so its never as bad. IMO the heaviest vaper is better of than a light smoker.

First is that 6mg or 6%? big difference and I suspect you've accidentally confused % and mg. If that's the gase cut it by half with either vg or pg and, next time order 3% (that's still pretty strong.

Second, you are fairly new to vaping and, yes at first you will chain vape. Analogs have other chemicals that linger in your body longer so, it's stops the cravings for longer but, keep vaping, you will beark your body of neding those very bad for it chemicals and, find it easier to vape less.

I chain vaped for the first six months or so, now a 1 mil bottle of juice lasts me a month - 5-6 hits a day does it. Sometime I will put a low or 0 nic flavor in a tank just because I like it and want to vape my chocolate or popcorn or whatever instead of eating junk food while I watch a movie or play computer games or whatever, but I don't NEED it, just like vaping better than eating LOL.

I find that nicotine enhances other things, like alcohol and such. But, 6mg?? I could vape that in my sleep.

Bringing alcohol and other substances into the picture doesn't answer the OP's concern with 6mg nic strength being high for him. And how does telling the OP that 6mg is nothing for you help him when he is finding that it can be too much for him?? I thought we were suppose to try and help people.

To the OP, some people vape 0 or 2mg strength in the evenings (some even use it all the time) because it can keep some people awake. I would suggest reducing your nic level and see if that helps.

Getting (nicd up) has only happened to me once. I got the same stomach ache I've gotten smoking too much. I ordered some 24mg juice for first morning vaping and accidentally continued with it all day instead of my usual alternating 12 and 6mg. It took three days for that bloat and stomach ache to finally go completely away. Won't be doing that again.

The OP has a history of smart allelic comments I think he is a good kid and I like him from what I know of him from here I think the smart allelic responses are people who have had interaction with him in other posts. Im betting he is a grown man and has a since of humor and is perfectly and more than willing to speak his mind if hes offended.

Yeah I was thinking about this myself because I'm finding that vaping even 11 or 6mg juice is still too much for me if I am sitting and vaping over an evening. And I'm not taking more hits than I would if I was smoking cigs - it's about the same. So I guess vaping delivers the nicotine pretty darn well. I can tell when I'm getting "over-nicc'd" because I get a slight headache and my heart races a little.

I think the answer for me is to keep a few zero nic juices on hand and vape those during the times when you're just hanging out with constant access to your PV.

The only time I have ever got nic sick, I'm assuming that's what nic'ed up means? I was on the interstate, my protank was leaking and gurgelling, I got ...... and gave it a hard pull and slurped up what seamed like half the tank of juice. Instead of spitting it out, I just washed it down with a drink of coke. Other then that, I vape 24mg all day long and have yet to get sick from just vaping. I was a heavy tobbaco user. I smoked cigs as well as cigars. I also dipped. I would say even at 24mg I have probably cut my nic intake in half.
If you have Identified particular activities when your more likely to vape more then usual, maybe keep a device filled with a lower mg or 0 nic juice set up and on standby.
