It all depends. Some days I sit around and vape all day, others its kinda like going out for a smoke break every couple of hours or so. Never dropped my nic level due to chain vaping though, when I first started with my Evod, I was doing it all day long at work because I could inside the store with 24mg. I only dropped when I started getting into rebuildables, and when I realized it was easy as hell to cut down nicotine and it didnt really affect me. Id say using your iTaste more is normal, nic delivery isnt the same for vaping as it is from smoking so were actually getting it slower and at a much lower level.

do you vape at regularly consistent intervals or do you chain vape all day?

If you chain vape do you vape a lower nic level so that you don't get nic sick?

I find myself using my itaste more than i would smoke so i am wondering if that is normal or not.

I chain vape.
Use lower nic level If you chain vape.
also use lower nic level when using higher wattage.

eazy magic number to remember is 100.

If you vape 5ml per day, then you can vape 20mg/ml nicotine strength : 5 x 20 = 100
If you vape 10ml per day, then you want to vape more like 10 mg/ml nicotine strength: 10 x 10 = 100

If you vape at 5 watts, you can use 20mg/ml nicotine strength: 5 x 20 = 100
If you vape at 10 watts, you want to use more like 10 mg/ml nicotine strength: 10 x 10 = 100

Sometimes I vape 24mg/ml at 10 watts for a while after supper, but I couldn't do that all day (plus I ain't going to spend that kind of money).
Most of the time (like right now) I'm vaping 2 to 3 mg/ml at about 10 watts.

This is awesome advice. I am dripping mostly all day with a few cigs here n there so i have no idea how many mls im going thru. I switch flavors alot. When i was using a clero i was going thru 2mls of 3mg a day but again i was still having a few cigs. I have ordered some 6mg and was going to try to drip it and see if that would cut out the cigs that i am smoking. But i wanted to make sure i wouldnt get nic sic.

Also a chain Vaper. I was on 18mg for a few years but recently after buying my Subtank and changing my style to mouth to lunch it was absolutely necessary to go down to 6mg because the subohm coils I build make the Nic bite much harder. I imagine when I buy a dripped and build dual coils I'll probably need 3mg

100 is the ballpark magic number
5 watts at 20 mg = 5 x 20 = 100
10 watts at 10mg = 10 x 10 = 100
20 watts at 5 mg = 20 x 5 = 100

Vaping is not like smoking where you have to light a smoke then finish it while it's lit. Many vapers start vaping imitating their smoking, meaning they will vape 10-20 drags then stop for a time.

However, once you get used to being able to pull it out at any time and take a few puffs before putting it away, you'll find yourself reaching for it more often. If you find yourself getting nic-sick from vaping too much try a lower nic % or place your mod out of reach after a satisfying session.
