^^^^^thisI only lowered the nic because the atty's kept getting more and more efficient.
But I have chain vaped since I started 4 years ago. If I'm distracted or doing something I go hours without vaping. But bored or not doing anything = Mod in hand
do you vape at regularly consistent intervals or do you chain vape all day?
If you chain vape do you vape a lower nic level so that you don't get nic sick?
I find myself using my itaste more than i would smoke so i am wondering if that is normal or not.
I chain vape.
Use lower nic level If you chain vape.
also use lower nic level when using higher wattage.
eazy magic number to remember is 100.
If you vape 5ml per day, then you can vape 20mg/ml nicotine strength : 5 x 20 = 100
If you vape 10ml per day, then you want to vape more like 10 mg/ml nicotine strength: 10 x 10 = 100
If you vape at 5 watts, you can use 20mg/ml nicotine strength: 5 x 20 = 100
If you vape at 10 watts, you want to use more like 10 mg/ml nicotine strength: 10 x 10 = 100
Sometimes I vape 24mg/ml at 10 watts for a while after supper, but I couldn't do that all day (plus I ain't going to spend that kind of money).
Most of the time (like right now) I'm vaping 2 to 3 mg/ml at about 10 watts.
Also a chain Vaper. I was on 18mg for a few years but recently after buying my Subtank and changing my style to mouth to lunch it was absolutely necessary to go down to 6mg because the subohm coils I build make the Nic bite much harder. I imagine when I buy a dripped and build dual coils I'll probably need 3mg
