How much or often do you vape??

i do puff quite a bit at work, but i do so when no one is looking so there are times when i dont for a few minutes.
at home im totally chain vape, especially when im alone, it seems like every 10 seconds im puffing away.

I'm currently on 24mg juice, I can go through about 6ml in a day, all depends on what's going on. If I'm just sitting around not doing too much all day, easily 6ml. But if it's a pretty busy day, only about 3ml. I'm going down to 18mg soon though, because I tend to chain vape at times.

I don't even know. I tend to top off my tanks when they are about half full - my tank is 2ml. But every day is different. Sometimes I use the same juice all day, other time I rotate between numerous juice/tanks.

topping off is my biggest problem. only once have i vaped til it was empty which i know is bad on the clearomizer so now im checking it alot so that doesnt happen. this is why i dont really know how much i use a day and have to average based on how long it takes me to use a 10 or 15 ml bottle (weekly).

btw i couldnt imagine forgetting to vape... for a few hours much less a whole day. i like vaping way too much.

I Vape 3-5 ml a day. A 30 ml bottle lasts me about 10 days usually. But I make my own juice which only costs me about $1.80 for a 30 ml bottle and im vaping at 8 mg nic. It's all good. the biggest markup in vaping is the premade juices.

I used to use 5-8ml a week when I dripped in a 510, now on various rebuildables I'm using around 4ml a day. I might be braking even considering 510's were $8 a piece, but I could keep those working for months. I've been vaping constantly since Oct 09, sometimes forget the PV is still in my hand while I do chores.

Edit: I do work for myself full time now so I guess that gives me more opportunities to vape throughout the day. No more sneaking to the public restroom every few hours.

I'm noticing my usage continues to drop. The last 2 weeks I have been at ~2ml/day from 6-8ml when I started. All at 24mg.

2 weeks ago I switched from a Vivi Nova to an Evod... coincidence?

I don't keep track of how much I vape because I use different juices in different devices but some days I don't vape much and other days (like today) I'm holding it constantly to avoid getting more growly and wanting to punch someone. Nothing special or stressful going on today, just one of those days I need more. It seems to happen more often when I've recently had a cig. My cravings are much worse/harder to control. Probably could stand a bit more coffee as well. :s

3-6ml a day, depending. I go through my 50/50 blends a bit slower than the higher PG stuff. If I'm at home all day (like today, a Sunday) I vape all day long but also cut back to 12-18mg of nicotine. If I'm going out or whatever I bump up to a 24mg nicotine because I know I won't be vaping as much and I still get the nicotine my body enjoys. My typical clearos tend to make liquid last longer too... If I'm dripping I can go through it quite a bit faster

I would say 2-3 ml a day from morning till night but I am still really new to this it's only been about 3 weeks

I vape around 10ml a day sometimes a little more on the weekends or on long car trips.
