Just as long as your not hitting it up with the 36 mg stuff you should be ok vaping all the time, heck I barely put mine down unless it runs out of juice or the tube is too hot to touch. I also keep 2 liquids around that I know I can stand..one is 6 mg and the other is 0 mg...I keep running on the 0 and use the 6 as a quick pick me up.
I'd say 90% of my issue is the hand to mouth habit, so nic really doesn't bother me if I have it or not. I'm not saying totally quit and go to 0 nic levels, not unless you want some pretty wicked nightmares. As for vaping, all the time when I can and location allows it. :)

I vape like a mad man. I work 3rd shift and my lead is the one who got me started vaping.
As long as my machine is running and my checks are done I vape.
I haven't had an analog in nearly 5 weeks. I did have a major craving one night when I forgot all my juice at home.
I had to ration all night as my tanks were almost empty. Made it though.

I vape all day long... from the moment I made first morning cofee till the last beer before going to bed.
I just use stronger nicotine in the morning (12mg, tobacco flavours, old habits...), and then switch to 9mg and sweet flavours during the day.
The only time I had some issues was when I got some juice on mine fingers and I did not wipe them right away because I was building some coil.. but that passed in few minutes..

Ever since I've started vaping, I've always had my Twist in hand whenever I could. My mentality is to keep vaping so that I don't ever feel a crave. I know many greenhorns like myself worry about overdoing it and many veterans have always responded saying that it's much better than what we used to inhale into our precious lungs. I agree. However, I got to wondering how most of you all vape enough to keep the cravings away or prefer to lay off the vape until a crave comes rumbling through and start to vape then?

By the by, over a week into this, and I'm so excited about the fact that I haven't craved an analog! Thanks again ECF!

I don't think I ever smoked, other my initial morning smoking, from cravings. The proof of that for me was no desire to smoke when shopping for 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. I never even thought of smoking when my mind was occupied. I mostly smoked for throat hit and just the motion of hand to mouth. I did it for 58 years LOL. But, I enjoy vaping so much that I do it all day. I get my 12mgs in the AM; then go to 6mgs for a few hours and then to zero nic the rest of the day. I'm retired and as long as I'm seated, which is often, that battery is in my hand.

I've been vaping now since August. Then I was Vaping A Lot.... Then I went thru a spell where I didn't do it as often. But Now I guess you could say I'm a Chain Vaper Not sure my levels. Where I get mine it's either No-Nic Low Or Med Or High I just don't know the actual levels. But I use mostly Med. Levels I wonder if that's why I do it so often. I tried high once it burned my throat to much the Med Level has the Perfect Throat Hit.

Vaping 4 mo now, at first wasn't planning on a day to quit smoking till I had plenty of supplies. Started with 24mg and found myself wanting a vape halfway through a cig. In the first week i cut down smoking from 2 packs a day to 2 packs a week. Now just 1 cig in the mourning and that's it. I have since dropped to 12mg and love to vape all i can!
