first 2-3 weeks of not smoking analogs I use to get the urge to try a cig but once I smell a smoker, the urge goes away quick. about 7 weeks from my quit date I can't stand the smell of a smoker now. It's nice to not smell like an ashtray. But I do vape alot more than I smoked analogs. I guess it's the convenience of vaping anywhere you'd like.
I refuse to track it.I vape when I want and pretty much wherever I want (within reason) There's nothing to feel guilty about here.
I am about two weeks in. I started out with 12mg and 18mg liquid, and just bought some 24 since I found myself wanting to vape ALL THE TIME. Most of the last few years I was about a pack a day, but I'd been smoking for 30 years (I'm 44).
Generally, if I am sitting at my desk while working, I'll take a few drags every 20min to half hour. While I'm at home, watching a movie or playing a game or some such, I'll vape as the mood arises while I used to smoke at least 1 analog an hour (sometimes more, sometimes a little less). Since going over to the 24mg, I'd say I don't get the "craving" nearly as often, but I enjoy the sensation and the taste.

im always vaping unless im busy doing something or sleeping. I recently got off the smokes so I try to keep my nic cravings down
I'm vaping all the time when I can: at home, in the car, out n about. If they would let me vape at work it would be non-stop!
Vaped all the time when I first cut off from analog cig.. To a point I over-nic myself (dizzy/nauseated) Figured I shouldn't vape more than I smoke so tried cut down to replicate my smoking habit (an hour apart). I know I'm still vaping more than I used to smoke, but doing a better job now to cut down as my craving waned.
I think I vape around 20-mins-an-hour-ish?

I vape Often! I have been only doing it for a week. But in all honesty... sometimes I vape 2 or 3 puffs every 10 15 minutes sometimes more sometimes less. Today I went 3 or 4 hours without vaping! I think it depends on the person really.
