I am pretty new to this too about 2 months but I pretty much vape till I feel I am good kinda like with the analogs ya know I think my brain just knows after the first couple of weeks the smell of analogs just made me sick and I work in the Restaurant industry as a chef and it gets very stress full and that's where I smoked the most so now that's where I vape the most, and also trying to get a few employees converted to vaping already got my neighbor to switch!!!!!

I was a PAD smoker. 16 days into vaping. Haven't touched a stinky in 6 days! Excuse me for a moment while I bask in the awesomeness of that. :D I'm trying to not vape a whole lot. Trying to keep it to what would equate about 1/2 pack a day right now. But that's only because my juice and charger for my spinner haven't come in yet and I'm NOT buying anymore of these crappy cartridges for my cig-alike. Once my order comes in, it's game on though!

I find myself not craving anymore, and it has only been a little over two weeks. Whenever I am around people who are smoking analogs, I always deny them, and frankly, I hate the thought of them. I love being able to rip out my Titan DCT, or my microlite, and being able to vape without guilt, in front of people. It always sparks a conversation. "Whoa, is that an e cig?" and then I refer them to TW, and they check it out, and many of my friends have got into vaping.
But, before I get too ahead of myself, I vape when I feel the want to, I find it to be less craving, and more "I really like vaping, it helps me relax" and then take some drags off it, and wait until I feel the need to again. Where as when I smoked analogs, I felt like I got jittery, and had to run outside and smoke, or else I would start to get headaches, get irritable, and not be able to function right. When I "forget" to vape, or when I just don't feel the need to, I don't feel any withdrawal symptoms, which is honestly the best feeling ever!

I'm a chain vaper,,,,,,,I probably go through 5 ml a day of e liquid,,,,,,I just love the taste.

I started on 24 mg nicotine, and am now down to 6 mg,,,,,,I thought maybe I was vaping so much because I needed more nic, but going up on the nic didn't change how much I vaped,,,,,,,so I went back down. I think I could go 0mg nic and have no problem,,,,,I just love to vape,,,,,,,I love it much more than I ever loved smoking.

it was a lucky day when I decided to give vaping a shot,,,,,,and the flavors are amazing. I am pretty sure the flavors keep me off smoking more than the nic does.

I bought my first disposable on the 17th of June, realized how this could be good and ordered a kit. I recieved it on June 24th and within the first few days realized I FORGOT to smoke. I have been enjoying vaping ever since. I vape around 3 to 4 mls daily and chain vape at night. I also enjoy vaping more than I ever have smoking, and I LOVED to smoke. I smoke 1 1/2 PAD for 37 years.

This sums it up for me. The good part is I can go an hour or 2 without my PV and have no cravings. When I smoked analogs, as soon as I got in somewhere I couldn't smoke, I was waiting for a chance to go smoke.

same here and now i can vape in work its awesome havin all the other smokers trying to hit mt vape i tell them to get there own and i dont have to worry about going out in the winters its the best

When I first started vaping I vaped exactly the way I smoked, as soon as I felt a craving. I started on 16mg stuff and quickly ramped up to 24-36mg. Even at those high levels I found that if I let a craving get too bad vaping didn't always satisfy me, so I always had my 510 at the ready. Now that I've been off analogs for a year I vape 5 minutes out of 15 or 20 while at the TV or the computer but almost never while I'm out and about or working around the house. When I vape it's no-nic or 12mg if I feel I want "something" but it's not exactly a craving for tobacco.

I vape first thing in the morning and don't stop till I lay my head down at night. Probably around 5-6ml a day. I smoked a pack to a pack an a half a day for 40 years. Like others have mentioned, I don't feel the craving to smoke that much either. I think it's satisfying the oral fixation that matters most and it's so much more pleasurable vaping.

Here's to vaping! :toast:
