How often do you vape?

I smoked 7-10 cigs a day. Usually light 100s, then got hooked on turkish royals. When I started vaping I only went through 1ml a day of 18mg. Went to 24mg at the same amount. Then I found out there was more than just stock carts and attys and now I go through 3-6ml a day of 14-18mg.

I had that same problem but I found a really nice hazelnut coffee flavor and I vape that now when "nature calls". It seems to do the trick for me but I have no clue why...

I used to smoke 2-3pad and live in a place where its acceptable to smoke just about everywhere, so the transition to vaping at the start was challenging. I started off with 36mg for the first few weeks and slowly dropped the mg level over the past 9 months and now all my DIY juice is at 12mg and im very happy with that. I run a bar and restaurant so every body is smoking and having something to puff on helps alot. I vape pretty constantly throughout the day, and can do the same at work. I tend to go through quite a bit of juice, 7-10ml per day but its cheapish, i enjoy it and best of all i haven't had a cigarette in over 7 months.

I vape as much as I want but also if I can't vape for half a day I don't hang out for it at all. Compared to tobacco the nicotine absorption is very low. Also no other chemicals to keep up the addiction. I use 11mg and tried several times to over vape my self with 0 success. I did smell like a flavor factory but that dissipated in about 10 minutes.

I'm very new (a week in) and haven't completely quit analogs yet (down from 1 PaD+ to about 3 cigs per day pretty much immediately) but with my job I can vape constantly and pretty much do. I found with 24mg I could treat it more like a cigarette and take a few puffs every 30 minutes or so. Now I've got 18mg and I need to take a puff every few minutes to keep my head on straight. I don't mind though because Halo Tribeca tastes like heaven.

Pack and half Newport smoker a day, quit 3 months ago. Started at 36mg nicotine and I am down to 18mg already. I am a steady vaper and I still vape when ever I get a chance. I just love it and all the flavors!!!!! If I am awake I vape!!

I wonder if there's a 'puff counter' attachment out there somewhere? I've made it to headache stage a couple of times in the month I've been vaping (12mg). Only now realizing the wisdom of getting a few 0mg juices or both a 0mg and a 12mg of the same juice to cut it down a notch when the chain-vape mood strikes.

I have seen puff counter batteries somewhere in the last few days of researching e-cigs. I have no idea if they are of good quality... but i have seen them.

And gotvapes sells an ecig that looks like a huge pen with the cap on it that has a puff counter... and magnetic carto/clearo/whatevero attachment method, and adapters for many kinds of threads.

In my personal opinion: enough to keep you from considering a cigarette but not so much that you feel nicotine intoxication or overdose.

For me, that menas 18mg/ml of juice and 2-8 ml/day depending on the day.

Amazingly, I haven't smoked since the day my Ego-T arrived in the mail. It's been a little over a month and a few mods later and I'm still smoke free. I always keep my Silver Bullet with drip tip within arms reach and my Ego Twist VV with two or three full tanks when I'm on the go (Don't Drip and Drive!) ha ha. Don't know if you can vape too much. I guess everyone has their own tolerances. But hey I say too much vaping beats any amount of smoking.
