I know you're in the USA but i reckon that the regs are similar as they are in the UK. Persons under the age to sell licensed products can sell them as long as someone over the age to buy them agrees that the buyer is old enough. So for example the under-age worker (17 yrs old) could sell alcohol to some one if a co-worker (30 yrs old) says that it is ok. The liability to make sure that the buyer is old enough is with the older co-worker. On the other hand are there any laws that state that you have to be xx age to buy juice other than the vendors discretion and morality?
