How Safe?

ok, pillbox is hooking me up with everything I need. Just curious about people's individual feelings based on knowledge and usage of how safe these things are? ..on a scale of 1 - 10, 1 being a non smoker and 10 being that of a pack a day normal smoker, how do these things rate? Can anyone give me details of what they have noticed personally since they switched over?

There hads been alot of debate here on the forums of this very subject! The best place to find out is to visit the Health, safety and E-smoking section of the forum tho you certainly will feel much better when smoking the e-cigarette good luck!
