#3 stands out as the worst to me (of course, I haven't made it to 1 yet)
(Bold is mine)

"The FDA is in the process of having e-cigarettes labeled as a drug-delivery device so they can be regulated [source: FDA]. Manufacturers, however, say the e-cigarette is simply recreational, and should not be subject to FDA regulation. Two e-cigarette companies, Smoking Everywhere and njoy, sued the FDA in the district court of the District of Columbia for impounding their products, and won. The judge ruled that "there is no basis for the FDA to treat electronic cigarettes … as a drug-device combination when all they purport to do is offer consumers the same recreational effects as a regular cigarette" [source: U.S. District Court]."

That is a flat out lie, everyone agrees we need regulation but NOT as drug delivery devices.

The bolded statement would become true if this were added "as a drug-delivery device." This would be the perfect point to insert a sentence pointing out that the courts have suggested that the FDA address any safety concerns it might have by regulating the products under the Tobacco Act.

Notice how the writer cleverly left out that part.

I posted some feedback ...

"nicotine cartridges for the e-cigarette come in a wide range of flavors likely to appeal to kids -- think chocolate, caramel, strawberry and even bubble gum"
Your entire examination of e-cigs was unduly critical and biased. What, am I not allowed to enjoy chocolate and strawberry as an adult?
