How to become verified for the classifieds?

I've been a member here for a few weeks & I've been trying to become verified so I can use the classifieds. I am PayPal verified but I sent in the request & it is using the wrong email. I have two emails, one is a gmail which I used to sign up & I also have a home email that I didn't use to sign up with since it usually puts forums into spam when I get a response. Every time I send the request it is somehow using the email I didn't use for sign up & have no idea why or how. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I've read that & it doesn't help unless I want to send in a notarized letter. My eBay is my other email so that won't help. I don't have anyone here to vouch for me so that's out & unless I delete this account then start a new one with my other email which will put any response into my spam folder (which isn't easy to access on my phone) I'm pretty much at a loss. Honestly I'm at the point of frustration to just leave this forum anyway, I've never had such a hassle using a forum! Thanks for your suggestions though, I do appreciate it!

With PayPal, you can have multiple email addresses associated with the account. All you need to do is add the address you registered with to your PayPal account.

I understand completely & my email that I registered with is added to PayPal. The concern is that when I submit the request ( tried three time's) it uses my other email not the one I registered with. I've had a few PM's from Joker but we can't seem to get passed that the request comes from the email (my home email that I didn't use because of spam) I didnt register with vs the registered email I typically use.
