how to clean brand new clearo

Hi, i just got my shipment! first timer, tried the ego twist and a kanger MT3. filling was easy, i just went half way and off to vaping

i wanted to wash the clearo first but i'm at work so i just filled and went. Its making a sizzling crackling noise when i hit it, is that normal? its not too loud.

also, what is a good procedure to clean my other clearos before first use?

No need to pre-clean clearos, though I have heard of people complaining of an off taste out of the box from something on the wick that has to burn off. I've never experienced it myself.

I've had that, but the sizzling, cracking usually stops if you hold it at a slightly different angle.

i've been sitting at my desk for the last 30 min vaping a bit. awesome to do that in the office. the sizzling crackling has completely stopped. i thnk it had to prime love it! i might try the washing method for the next one i try, thank you
