how to clean Dual coil cartomizer

looks like i may run out of my standard vape liquid before resupply gets here and am going to need to clean my dual coil cartomizers any one know how to do this?

wish I did. I have one that I rinsed and have sitting upside down , But its not dry so I haven't even tried to use it yet. I will be watching your thread for a better way.

you might have limited success just rinsing them out and letting them dry real good. But dont count on it. I never found they work real good afterwards. good success if you can get them to work well again.

Which kind of dual coil carto - there are multiple kinds. For anyone to give the correct answer they need to know what brand and if it is metal or plastic tube.

My metal Mega DC LR 1.5 smok tech. I soak them in alcohol or isopropyl for 20 minutes. I then take them out and attach an oral med dispenser (Walmart $1.87- included with the dispenser is a cap that fits perfectly between the carto and the dispenser). I then pull and push alcohol thru the carto. After about 10- 15 times I use the same med dispenser to "blow" out the carto with air about 30 times. After it dries I use a very fine long pin and clear/ clean the center tube opening. Works perfectly for me.

after I rinse mine I put them in a shot glass and set them in the sun....some bake in oven at 250 for a bit ....to dry out

I realy like the smoketech LR DC cartos. I find they have a wonderful warm vapor and last a good long time before needing to clean. I myself dont clean cartos i have zero tolerance for a sub par vape... But theres a ton of good ways to clean a carto. I like to throw em in a sonic cleaner then use a little syringe carto cleaner dohookie i made to rinse em out. Anyhow Vape Long Vape Hard and always Vape with Swagger EscaladeDude

I bought this kit but you can purchase the syringe from Walmart that you use to give kids medicine and do pretty much the same thing-

Cartomizer/Atomizer Cleaning Kit - With 10ml Control Syringe, Luer-lock compatible w/cleaning tubes and instructions

You might be able to get a little more use but no carto is going to vape like a brand new carto

I put them in a pill bottle with cotton or tissue in one end. Put them in a little pouch and do the reverse taryn spin to get every drop of water I can out of them.

I've also heard that placing them in a container with rice also works. Rice helps keep my salt in the container dry so why not?

Instructions from them? (ok, I edited a bit LOL)

Easy Cleaning Instructions:

1.
Attach the top end of your carto/atty to the included connector, then push the connector onto the syringe, now you are ready to begin cleaning.
2.
Warm a 1/2 cup of distilled water to hot but not boiling. Be next to a sink or have another container you can use to catch dirty stuff.
3.
Insert your connected carto/atty into the water and draw up the plunger on the syringe to pull hot water through the carto/atty. Empty that into the sink or other container. Do this twice to get most of the old juice out.
4.
With the carto/atty in the water, now you can pull and push slowly several times to wash the unit thoroughly. Be careful not to push to hard or you'll blow the connector off the syringe!
5.
Force the water out of the carto/atty over the sink by brisky plunging the syringe in/out 10-15 times. Now let it dry over night and you have a clean device!
6.
**** For a faster dry and cleaner carto, follow this up with a shot of vodka. After that, you won't notice how long it takes to dry. I do this whole process in under a minute, you can too! If it seems longer, repeat step 6 several times, you won't care.
