How to clean the ceramic coating on a Provari

I have a black Provari and I want to remove the coating as it is scratched. What is the best way to do this?

Scratch it a whole lot more.

Preferably with higher and higher grits of sandpaper followed by polishing compound. Or put a J-Wrap on it & forget that it's scratched in the first place. Or look at those scratches as a badge of honor & admire them thusly.

I would not try it myself. Best to take it to a machinist or a parts finisher to get proper job done.
