How to dilute nic level?

So I have a e liquid that is 36mg how do I dilute it to 18mg? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Equal parts of diluting liquid would give you 18 mg.

Example 5 mls of nicotine juice + 5 mls of 0nic flavoured juice = 10mls of 18mg juice

If you use double strength liquid no loss of taste, otherwise you will cut the taste by half.

Yep, may completely change the taste too.

When I did this, I ordered double flavor from ecblends in all PG and cut with 50% VG. It worked well, but not as well as my "real" DIY.
