Go to any hardware store and ask them for it. Ask them to cut the sharp end off.

no need for syringe, just use a dripper/dropper bottle, open the cover, place the mouth to the mouth of the green seduction and invert it, green seduction on top, press the dripper bottle, air will be forced into the glass bottle and the juice will flow out to the dripper bottle
