I'm trying to decide my optimum nicotine level and I'd appreciate any help I can get.
I started at 12mg, but last night I was pretty hyper and nervous. This morning, after a few vapes (nothing heavy), I started feeling jumpy again and ended up smoking an analog.
I thought maybe 12mg was too high, so I've mixed up some 6mg, which I haven't vaped yet. But someone in another thread mentioned that they felt the same way and went to higher nic. Can too low a level make me hyper? I'd have thought it would too high which would cause that.
So here's my question.
Is there a way to calculate the vaping nic level from the analog nic level?
For example, the analogs I smoked say on the pack 'Tar 4mg/Nicotine 0.4mg'. How would that work out for juice? Or do I just have to guess at it? Trial and error?
TIA
Edit - Btw, I don't think I'm allergic to anything. I was vaping at 0mg for 10 days and only got a nicotine juice 2 days ago. Before that, I was fine. That's why I thought it must be too much nic that was causing it.
