Nic Levels?

I have a question for some of the mor experieced vapers. I just started vaping. I am pretty heavy smoker. Before I started vaping, I was about a pack a day smoker. I noticed that higher nic levels are (anything over 16-18) making me kind of sick when vaping more then 5 or 6 hits (little buzzed and sour stomach feeling). I was wondering what nic levels you guys like to use? I really need some new liquids that have under 15mgs as I am finding that I'd much rather have an analog then do any vaping with high nic levels...

12mg for me but I smoked ultralights.
I go up to 18 or 24 for the odd buzz vape but not for chain vaping - I even have some 0 (zero) nic for chaining on.
If you're still needing a cig (and dont actually want to have one - if youre happy to have the odd cig thats fine, ignore this part) you might want to consider something to supplement your new habit like SNUS (the swedish kind) which contains the MAOI part of the cigarette that seems to be almost as addictive (or at least missed) by some vapers.
SNUS are a tiny packet of tobacco which you hold between your lip and gum - its NOT CHEW OR DIP - you dont spit or snort with it. More info on those in the smokeless tobacco forums here btw. You might also consider snuff, some people use that also.

CapJay,

Vaping has dropped me down to about 2 or 3 smokes per day and I am ok with having the occassional smoke. But, sometimes Vaping seems to make me feel a little sick and I think it because I am using too much nic. I am gonna try to get some 8 and 12mg along with some lower nic levels aswell as zero nic for when I want to vap excessivly. I was planning on tapering down to 0 if possible. But, yea anything over 18 seems to be very excessive.

I have tried SNUS and I think it's gross.

I still dont understand why Tasy Vapor and soe places don't have under 10mg with their juices.

It might be a sales thing - perhaps the lower levels didn't/don't sell as well and theres no profit in making them? They are a business after all :)
Other suppliers like MS Ts bakery and DIYFlavorshack (to name but 2) do lower nic levels as well as zero.

Wow Louie,

Count your blessings my friend. Buy some doublers and thin down your nic levels to whatever you feel comfortable with. You can save money on every purchase if levels that low keep you happy.
Myself, I chain vape the 36mg and have pretty much resigned myself to a future of DIY with the occasional treat of the premade flavors from the few vendors that still offer that strength.

Regards
Jim
