I don't want poison in the apartment (other than nicotine) but it might come to that. I thought we stopped up the entry but they're getting in somewhere.

This is my 3rd invasion in 33 years. I've beaten them off twice and I will do it again. Of course, the building is older and they've had more time to create a network of paths, but I shall win.

If you have any hole in your wall you can ditch a tomcat block in it. Also, ditch it behind the stove or any closet you know you keep shut. Map out where you put it if need be, then the birds will be safe. The only bad side is smelling them when they die, it is kinda icky but only for a couple days.

Eeek, I over slept since I worked late and now I need to dash!

Sadly Einstein passed away last week. He was a happy silly-... right to the end though.
Sheep are doing well. I will get a pic of the Basement Puma tonight.

My sister is trying to talk me into socilaizing another one so he is adoptable.
Apparently no one else is willing to get mauled and mutilated in the process.
Its a glamoruous life I tell ya.

@ Jeff, don't know what Einstein was for sure but I'm terrible sorry about your loss.
NGS, Einstein was a duck. Occasionally Jeff shuts down Chuck production to rescue ducks or transport and build houses for sheep his sister rescued.

I realized that we've never seen pictures of Douglas when I went back to look at the original Einstein posts.
Happy Sunday everyone!
Here you go... It's 7:45am and I am heading in for a few hours of shut-eye but not before some prOn! And a few randon shots too.

shop Duck.
I am duck-sitting this weekend. Einstein here was rescued from the brink of death a few days ago and I was asked to take care of him for a few days while my sister is out of town. Those of you may recall she runs Illinois Valley Cat Taxi which is a low cost spay/neuter service for cats. She is also very well connected with dozens of rescues and shelters. Whenever they have a 'hopeless' case she gets a call before the needle comes out. Einstein was one of these cases. So was Douglas, the cat I refer to as the "basemet Puma". He's a Bengal that was never socialized and was absolutely unplaceable. While he still plays 'Jungle Cat' with the wife, him & I have come to an understanding and he had made great progress.

Also, as far as I know, this post is also the only indication we've had that there is a Mrs. Thag.

And... have you seen my new Chuck? Hmmmmm...
