how to tell difference of cartomizers

Hello All,
Just a quick question im sure someone can answer.

I just received a couple boxes of mega cartomizers from nhale, i also recieved a another order from altsmoke...i love it when 2 shipments arive on the same day ;-)

anyways with my order fromn altsmoke was a little treat for my review. Some blank cartomizers...they look pretty much like the mega cartomizer from nhale but looking at the altsmoke site it seems maybe they are just standard cartomizers, i dont see mega? How can you tell if one is a mega and one a regular? typically i wouldnt have to ask but i cant seem to find a difference in the 2.

I have the regular 510 cartomizers from Nhaler as well as the mega cartoz he sells and the mega is a good 1/16" (maybe 3/32") longer but the diameter is the same. The body and outside layer is much more substantial with the mega than the regular 510 where that is a paper exterior mimic'ing a 'cork' like cigarette filter.
