When the light is green, the charger thinks the battery is fully charged. Almost all the time, that means the battery is fully charged.

I can tell you that on some USB ports, my eGo Fast charger would go green when the batt was not fully charged. I dunno why it doesn't have some indication, like a blinking red light, to tell that it isn't getting enough amperage from the USB port, but that's what I conclude was the problem.

I have6 of these chargers 3 from Janty 2 from EastMall and one no name knock off brand. Every dam one of em seems to be a tad different in the way the light works. Some solid Red then to Green when charged. Some a green light that blinks A light Red and then stops blinking and turns solid Green and one thats just totall wacked and all over the plce with what it does, and also had one that stayed Green all the time. I am starting to also think as your battery wears with time it doesnt chrge the same as when new. So go figure and you guys let me know what ya all think on that deal.???

I've seen inconsistencies like you guys describe between my wife's and my KR8 chargers. It's been vaping solid for hours now, so I'm guessing it had quite a charge in it. I put it on the charger just now, just to see, and it did go red.

I sure do love the Tornado though. Excellent vapor and it looks slick as all get out with the mega battery, cart, and atty.
