Is it alright if I left the Tornado in it's charger overnight or will it self drain as a safety measure when left on the charger after it's fully charged?
To answer my own question on this speedy board... yes you can leave them in overnight, I did and about 6 hours later (about 8 hours on charger) the light shows green so I'm assuming that all is well.
Okay actually I need help again. I did the same thing last night (left it charging) and when I woke up the light was still red. I unscrewed it from the charger and pressed the button a few times. The white light turned on meaning that it had some kind of charge. Stumped, I screwed it back into the charger and the light blinked 5 times and turned from red to green instantly. Just to make sure I wasn't seeing things I unscrewed and screwed it back on once more. The light on the tornado blinked 5 times again but this time the light on the charger stayed red! So now this brings me back to my first post. Maybe I have a wonky charger. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sounds more like a wonky charger and/or battery. Usually, it's not a problem at all if Li-Ios stay in a charger overnight. Unless one or the other is broken, that is, of course. But in that case, it doesn't take a whole night to give you problems.
Yeah definitely, I've been cleaning my atty's/threads/connection points on my new Tornado like a crazy man... every night! It must be the battery, because the other battery turns green when it's done and stays green. Also when that battery button is pressed, it remains a constant bright white until I release, while the weird one kind of strobes a little (if that even has anything to do with anything).
